Simons Voss AX Manager Software

Our hosted Simons Voss AXM solution makes it possible to use AX Manager without investing in your own server, installation, updates or ongoing maintenance. We take over all the technical operations, so you can work efficiently and securely via your web browser, no matter where you are.

All the technical stuff – handled for you
AXM usually requires a dedicated Windows installation, database, backup flow and ongoing monitoring. You don't have to do that. We set up, configure and operate the entire platform:

  • Installed and optimized according to best practice

  • Ongoing software updates and security patching

  • Automated backup with high uptime

  • Real-time monitoring and operational supervision

  • Secure hosting in European data centers

We ensure that AXM is always available, Windows is updated and fully functional, so you don't have to spend time on servers, installations or bug fixes.

Remote access in the browser
You can access your AXM installation directly from a modern web browser, whether you are using a laptop, tablet or mobile. No additional software, no technical setup. Log in and manage keys, devices and users quickly and efficiently.

Scalable to your needs
Whether you have one location or many, the solution is customizable. You can bring multiple sites together on the same central AXM platform, so you or your technicians can manage everything from one place.

It gives:

  • Central control

  • Faster service

  • Less need for onsite support

  • Streamlined administration across geographies

For installers and operating partners
You no longer need to have a physical machine at the customer's location. Our solution gives you access to the system even if the customer's internet is down, and you can work across all your customers from one unified platform.

Advantages in practice

  • No server operation

  • No local installations

  • No manual updates

  • No unsafe backup routines

  • No operating time wasted on errors or maintenance

  • Always available via browser

  • Always up-to-date, secure and monitored

Safety, security and performance
Our AXM hosting runs in robust European data centers with high security, redundancy, and stability. All traffic is encrypted and the database is automatically backed up, so your data is always protected.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are CPU cores and Memory?

CPU cores determine how many tasks your device can perform simultaneously; the more cores, the faster and more stable operation.

RAM is the memory where the system temporarily stores data while it is running. More RAM means more functions and users can be handled without lag.

What is retention?

Backup retention specifies how long your backups are kept. This ensures that you can restore your system if something goes wrong, even days or weeks later. Longer retention means more restore points and extra peace of mind.

Why should I buy one or more DoorVia Access devices?

DoorVia Access connects your location to our hosted server and enables remote support.

The device is the key to our ability to monitor, update and provide support, without you having to be on site.

Where are your products manufactured?

DoorVia Access is based on Teltonika hardware, designed and assembled in Lithuania, a fully EU-produced product.

Our servers are operated in Germany and Poland at OVH, our European data center partner, to ensure high operational reliability and full EU data sovereignty.

How much does delivery cost?
